Grafiche Mercurio 2020 begins the installation of a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106-8P + LYYLX4 with CutStar.

A machine with an important configuration, specific for the label market.

The Heidelberg CutStar unwinder, fully integrated into the machine itself, allows you to print complex materials, sensitive to deformation, while maintaining a high level of productivity. The DryStar LED curing technology, used in combination with the drying towers, is designed to ensure great flexibility. The x4 output, on the other hand, allows acrylic and UV drying at high speeds, without overheating the pallet. Finally, the “P” voltura was chosen, a device able to print face-to-face, materials with thicknesses of 0.8 mm.
